Abstract
Strong x-ray emission from the front side of the target is extensively studied for many applications such as x-ray microscopy and x-ray lithography. However, x-ray emission from the rear side of the foil target is not well known. Observation of x-ray emission at the rear side as well as the front side of the relatively thick foil target is presented.
