Abstract

Nonlinear optical devices based on wave guides or fibers are interesting for the applications of all optical switches. Glass materials have already well established the fabrication technologies of the wave guides and the fibers, then composite materials such as semiconductor-doped glasses are a candidate for nonlinear optical devices.
