35-Watt CW Singlemode Ytterbium Fiber Laser at 1.1 µm

Abstract

A CW power of 35.5 W at 1.1 µm has been obtained from a singlemode double-clad Yb: silica fiber laser pumped at 55.4 W incident power from four 915-nm fiber-coupled diode bars.
