Application of a mode-locked two-wavelength laser to semiconductors

Open Access Open Access

Abstract

A high-flux two-wavelength synchronously pumped picosecond laser is used to probe optically excited semiconductors. We present, temporally and spectrally, reflectivity data illustrating complete screening of the excitonic reflectants in CdSe after photoexcitation.
