Abstract
Thy1-jRGECO1a mice were imaged under awake, resting-state conditions using wide-field optical imaging. Non-hallucinogenic 5-HT2a receptor agonism significantly reduced neuronal and hemodynamic bilateral functional connectivity, activity, and neurovascular coupling in a region- and frequency-band-specific manner.
