SIMscope3D: A structured illumination miniature microscope for high resolution brain imaging

Abstract

We present a high-resolution miniature microscope with volumetric imaging. Optical sectioning with an axial resolution of 18 μm is obtained by structured illumination delivered using fiber bundle, and electrowetting lens used for depth scanning.
