Incubator Embedded Cell Culture Imaging System (EmSight) Based on Fourier Ptychographic Microscopy

Abstract

We introduce an incubator embedded cell culture imaging system, named EmSight, which incorporates six compact Fourier ptychographic microscopes with a standard 6-well plate. We conducted a 21-day live mouse dopaminergic neuron imaging using the system.
