Integrated colloidal quantum dots photodetectors for compact Fourier-transform waveguide spectrometers

Abstract

We developed colloidal quantum dots nanoscale infrared photo-detectors integrated to the surface of a waveguide, that allow for a direct measurement of the standing optical wave. Fourier-transform waveguide spectrometer functionality is demonstrated, Nature Photonics 17, 59 (2023).
