Multi-Dimensional Hadamard-Transform Fluorescence Imaging

Abstract

Using a multiplexing technique, we have built an instrument that captures excitation emission matrices (EEM) for every pixel in an image, gaining information over four dimensions (x,y,λexem) and reduces acquisition time 500-fold from conventional designs.
