Controlling the Formation of Perovskite Films by Low-temperature Solution Schemes for High Performance Solar Cells

Abstract

Two novel low-temperature processing schemes for manipulating of perovskite films in the typical one-step and two-step approaches. A promising efficiency of about 17% is achieved in planar-heterojunction PSCs with enhanced stability and no hysteresis.
