Exploring the formation of robust optical vortices in the propagation of orange Raman lasers

Abstract

High-order orange beams are produced by off-center pumped frequency-doubled Nd:YVO4/ KGW Raman lasers, and further transformed by astigmatic mode converters. Phase structures of the converted beams during propagation are analyzed to manifest robust optical vortices.
