Abstract

A novel and simple method of 360° holography, the large-angle one-step annular-aperture rainbow hologram, is proposed and experimentally demonstrated. A special problem connected with this technique, the effect of a conjugate image in reconstruction, is analyzed, and the condition for avoiding its interference is derived.
