Abstract

Spectra with different polarization state information can be obtained by a channel spectropolarimeter, which is based on intensity modulation, and the required signal can be extracted by Fourier transform, while the interference signals with different channels of the spectropolarimeter can overlay. This paper presents a spectrum reconstruction method based on a short-time Fourier transform for a spectropolarimeter. The simulation results show that the method has the ability to distinguish the different channel’s signals of the polarization spectrum.
