Abstract

Fourier-transform spectra of the Δυ = 0 emission bands of the OH and OD A2Σ+X2Π systems, produced in a hollow-cathode discharge, were recorded in the spectral region 29000–34000 cm−1 with a resolution of 0.05 cm−1. Line lists are presented for the 0–0, 1–1, and 2–2 bands of both molecules; absolute line position accuracies for the strongest lines are approximately 0.001 cm−1. The new measured line positions are used in the derivation of effective molecular parameters and rotational term values for individual vibrational levels in the A2Σ+ and X2Π states.
