Abstract

Spectra of germanium and selenium injected into the PLT tokamak plasma were observed in the 50–350-Å region for Ge xiv–xxv (K i-to O i-like) and Se xvi–xxiv (K i-to Na i-like). A number of 3pk–3pk−13d transitions predicted by isoelectronic sequence extrapolation have been identified. Also, previously identified lines from ions in the Al i- to O i-like and K i-like isoelectronic sequences have been observed in the tokamak plasma.
