Atomic-state densities and electron densities in the positive column of He and He–Br2 discharges

Abstract

The atomic-state densities of the first excited levels of helium and bromine in He and He–Br2 discharges have been determined as functions of current strength. Electron temperatures and densities have been measured by using electric double probes.
