Abstract

Photoelectron energy distributions for cesium antimonide Cs3Sb change radically in character when exceeds 4 ev. This is attributed to scattering of excited electrons by valence electrons—a process not possible for < 4 ev. The results substantiate the zone structure proposed for Cs3Sb by J. A. Burton.
