The Intensity Measurement of Small X-Ray Diffraction Spots by Projection of a Positive Print

Abstract

The positive print method of measuring the integrated intensities of x-ray diffraction patterns has been combined with a projection and photometering apparatus. The time required for the intensity measurement of a single small spot is approximately 30 seconds. The apparatus and typical results are described.
