Coupling Theoretical Model Between Single-Core Fiber and Twin-Core Fiber

Abstract

In this paper, a simple theoretical model for describing the coupling between a single-core single-mode fiber and a twin-core single-mode fiber is established. The coupling processing of the two light beams is given and the theoretical predictions are confirmed by the experimental results.
