Abstract

COOC (Conference on Optoelectronics and Optical Communications) is a conference that was established by specialists in Optics, Photonics, Electronics, Electricity and Communications. The conference has been held annually for 17 years. This year, we held COOC 2010, our 17th meeting, at JeongSeon, Gangwondo on May 26-28.
