Abstract
In the optical system we have proposed for real-time multiplication of the multiple matrix, the unidirectional diffuser is essential although it is a source of error. The operational error in the optical system caused by the scattering pattern of the unidirectional diffuser is discussed based on the experimental results. Two methods to compensate the error due to its scattering pattern are also given. The compensation proposed can make the expectation of the error zero and can decrease its variance.
