Abstract

A time-, space-, and frequency-multiplexed time-integrating acoustooptic correlator is described. Its general functional use is emphasized in communication applications. The applications considered are synchronization of long duration signals with an infinite range delay search required and the parallel demodulation of many possible message codes.
