Low-noise multicolor archival storage with broad source interferometric imaging

Abstract

A low-noise true color image plane rainbow hologram is formed with a modified Mach-Zehnder interferometer using an extended source. Experiments show excellent results in the noise suppression and resolution preservation capabilities of this system.
