Use of anisotropy data to gauge Kolmogarity – Application is made to the RAHCL experiment

Abstract

The Kolmogorov theory of turbulence predicts differences between longitudinal and transverse differential tilt. Here, these predictions are compared to measured values taken from the RACHL experiment. The comparison is used to find deviations from Kolmogorov theory.
