Simulation of long-path horizontal propagation through a three-layer non-Kolmogorov atmosphere model

Abstract

We explore the possibility that a three-layer model including non-Kolmogorov turbulence center section may produce coherent structures in received intensity. Instead, we find that non-Kolmogorov power-law media decreases coherence when log-amplitude variance is fixed.
