Abstract

We present latest pulse energy and average power scaling of modelocked thin-disk lasers. Efficient compression in a gas-filled Kagome-type hollow-core-PCF at high-average power is demonstrated, resulting in a unique high-repetition-rate source for strong-field experiments.
