Ultrabroadband two-dimensional spectroscopy by a birefringent delay line

Abstract

We introduce a passive birefringent delay line for the generation of collinear, interferometrically locked ultrashort pulse pairs. Their delay is controlled with attosecond precision and stability <λ/360, enabling two-dimensional electronic spectroscopy from UV to infrared.
