Snapshots of Dirac Fermions near the Dirac Point in Topological Insulators

Abstract

We utilized a ultrafast optical pump mid-infrared probe to explore the dynamics of Dirac fermions near the Dirac point in topological insulator. The femtosecond snapshots of the relaxation process were revealed by the ultrafast optics.
