Abstract

We report nonlinear optical spectra of polymer/fullerene-blends measured with unprecedented 10-fs-time resolution. Our results suggest that the photoinduced charge-generation in such blends proceeds via a hybrid electronic state delocalized over the polymer and fullerene moieties.
