Laser induced CDW melting in TiSe2. Optical and X-ray time resolved study

Abstract

Femtosecond laser and x-ray pump/probe measurements indicate an ultrafast laser induced structural phase transition in 1T-TiSe2, mediated by an A1g amplitude mode of a CDW.
