Power Scaling of High-Repetition-Rate HHG

Abstract

We report on the power scalability of cavity-enhanced high harmonic generation (HHG) with a Yb-fiber frequency comb delivering 120-fs pulses at 80-W average power and a repetition rate of 154 MHz. With 5 kW of average intracavity power, plateau harmonics with average powers beyond the microwatt level have been achieved.
