Transient Electronic Structure of Solids and Surfaces studied with Time- and Angle-Resolved Photoemission

Abstract

The dynamics of highly correlated materials are studied by femtosecond time- and angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy. In the new FeAs based high-Tc superconductors electron-phonon coupling plays a decisive role leading to strongly momentum dependent carrier relaxation.
