High Spectral Irradiance White Light Continuum Z-scan

Abstract

We generate high-energy, high-quality supercontinua in Krypton gas for Z-scan measurements of nonlinear absorption and refraction spectra in optical materials throughout the visible. This eliminates the need for tunable sources (OPA’s) for nonlinear measurements.
