Abstract

Time-integrated three-pulse four-wave-mixing spectroscopy reveals a long-lived, optically induced inter-Landau-level Raman coherence arising from interacting magnetoexcitons, in contrast to uncorrelated exciton dephasing processes. By comparing to a microscopic many- body theory, we identify the resulting contributions to the coherent response.
