Correlation of the electronic transitions in semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes

Abstract

Frequency-resolved femtosecond transient absorption was applied to study the spectral properties and excited-state dynamics in semiconducting single-walled carbon nanotubes. We find that the electronic transitions are intrinsically correlated, revealing the excitonic nature of the states.
