Bright high-order harmonic generation at 13 nm and coherence measurement

Abstract

Bright high-order harmonic generation at 13 nm was achieved by utilizing self-guided and chirped laser pulses in a 9-mm long Ne gas jet. The spatial coherence of the bright harmonics was measured by double-pinhole interference.
