Electronic coupling and coherence effects in ultrafast heterogeneous electron transfer

Abstract

Single exponential behavior with time constant 35fs and 75fs, respectively, was measured for electron injection from a molecule into a semiconductor with two different spacer-cum-anchor groups. Modulation of electron transfer by a vibrational wavepacket was found.
