Radiative interwell coupling of hh-, lh-excitons, and correlated electron-hole pairs in multiple quantum well Bragg samples

Abstract

Spectrally and temporally resolved linear reflectivity measurements with fs optical pulses on (In,Ga)As/GaAs Bragg structures show pronounced coherent interwell polarization coupling on light-hole and excited heavy-hole excitons and for correlated electron-hole pairs close to the band edge.
