Significant enhancement of THz-radiation from InSb by use of a communication-wavelength laser

Abstract

Magnetic-field dependence of THz-radiation power from InSb (100) surface is investigated. Significant enhancement of THz-radiaiton power is successfully achieved by using a 1560 nm excitation and an external magnetic field.
