Ultrashort-Pulse and Broadband Fiber Sourcess

Abstract

Fiber lasers can produce picosecond solitons at high repetition rate or broadband femtosecond pulses for spectral slicing. Principles for achieving desired output characteristics, methods for stabilizing harmonic modelocking and recent experimental results will be presented.
