Dynamic Wannier-Stark Effect and Superradiance Switching in Semiconductor Superlattices

Abstract

We investigate the possibility of observing the transition between the localized states and the extended states in semiconductor superlattices (SL) in the presence of strong externa1 ac field. i.e., the dynamic Wannier-Stark effect [1] and by switching of superradiance.
