Parallel Coupled Double Ring Resonator configuration of for Breast Cancer Cell Detection

Abstract

A parallel coupled two-ring resonator in cascaded configuration integrated with coupling linear waveguide is proposed as a label-free biosensor for breast cancer cell detection. The parameters of ring resonator are characterized to demonstrate high-quality factors.
