Abstract

Dynamic range of human eyes (DEYE) is much less in compare with the dynamic range of the light brightness distribution (DLBD) on the objects of the real world scenes in the presence of direct sunlight. In this paper, the locally adaptive optical protection filtering method is suggested for smart matching the DLBD with the DEYE.
