Abstract

Fluorescence lifetime imaging via a fiber-optic interface quantitatively differentiates biochemical composition of porcine carotid arteries originating from anatomical location and freeze-thaw processing. This work provides a framework for future nondestructive evaluation of vascular grafts in-vivo.
