Biodynamic 4D Imaging of Living Cancer Biopsies for Personalized Selection of Chemotherapy

Abstract

Clinical trials of biodynamic digital holography in human esophageal and breast cancer identify patients with resistance to chemotherapy. Treatment of ex vivo living cancer biopsies from patients generates intracellular Doppler signatures related to patient chemosensitivity.
