In Vivo Photoacoustic Tracking Migration of Mesenchymal Stem Cells in Multiple Myeloma Model

Abstract

Continuous tracking of the migration of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) is essential to understand their role in cancer. Herein, we use ultra-sensitive photoacoustic microscopy (PAM) for tracking MSCs at cell level and guiding photothermal therapy.
