Terahertz Radiation in W/CoFeB/Pt trilayer driven by 25 fs Femtosecond laser pulses

Abstract

We investigate the terahertz radiation generated from W/CoFeB/Pt heterostructures with 5.4 nm total thickness driven by 25 fs laser pulses, and observe broader terahertz emission bandwidth than that from a 2 mm thick ZnTe emitter.
