Abstract

With the continuous development of the Charge-Coupled Device, Time Delay Integration Charge Coupled Device has become the first choice for high-resolution, compact space camera. However, in the process of TDICCD integral imaging, the distortion of the optical system will cause the image motion, which leads to image modulation transfer function (MTF) decrease, and eventually the blurred image. The reason of the image motion caused by optical system distortion was analyzed; the formula of the image motion caused by distortion was derived and the expression of the MTF declined coefficient MTF-distortion was given.
