KW-output high beam quality diode laser liner array coupling source

Abstract

In this paper, a diode laser source with high efficiency, high power and high beam quality is reached, which can achieve continuous output power of 970 W, beam parameter products of both fast and slow axes 17.5 mm. mrad and electro-optical conversion efficiency up to 44%, respectively.
