Abstract

A novel method of controlling polarization by performing a metal-grating coating on the surface of the bottom of the VECSEL is proposed. We report that when the diameter of the laser vary from 50 to 500, the power is from 20mw to 200mw. And the light intensity ratio of the s-polarization and p-polarization is 100:1.
